William E. “Bill” Casto, 72, of Millstadt, Ill., passed away on Thursday, April 2, 2020, at Barnes Jewish Medical Center, St. Louis, Mo.

Family will conduct a private memorial service, and he will be laid to rest at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, Mo.
